General terms and conditions (TAC)

The Salzburg Stadt Schiff-Fahrt GmbH & Co KG (Salzburg City Ship Cruise Ltd.), from now on to be referred to as operator, extolls the terms and conditions as the basis for its legal 
relations for all bookings which can be activated in connection with internet bookings.

Reimbursement of tickets and accountability

A reimbursement of pre-paid tickets is not possible. It is to be explicitly pointed out that the sale of tickets demonstrates a leisurely service and is therefore excluded from the legal right of withdrawal as according to § 18 Abs.1 Z.10 und FAAG und § 3 Abs.3 Z.4 KSchG

Cancellation of the journey on the water

In case of high water, low water or other conditions adverse to ship cruises for example such as bad weather, technical problems etc., the operator reserves the right to not undertake the Amphibian cruise on the water. 
The point of entry takes place accordingly within a short distance of the dock. The cancellation of the journey on the water does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, nor does the ticket holder have a claim to a lower 
price or reimbursement of other expenses.

General cancellation

Should a technical affliction arise in the Amphibian vehicle, leading to a suspension of the journey, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Other claims are not valid.

System charge

€ 0,50 per ticket

Loss of ticket or failure to turn up on time

A replacement for lost tickets or for those who come too late is not possible.

Picture and sound recordings

The ticket holder accepts that picture, video and sound recordings during boarding or the journey itself - in any form, without notice and regardless of the respective time limit – can be commercialized without compensation.

Data protection

Personal data such as information on credit cards and ATM cards are safely imparted via SSL, are encrypted during the transfer and are indecipherable for third parties. 
Furthermore, your data is only used for processing the booking at hand. The circulation of your data to third parties is ruled out.

Any other business

Collateral agreements require written form in order to be deemed valid.

Place of jurisdiction

Salzburg city, providing that non-legitimate regulations do not conflict.
